Devoteam is a growing company and in 2022 our studio will move to a new office in Halmstad. Today we have one person working part-time as an Office Manager and now we want to strengthen our team with another person.


We are looking for a reliable, service-minded and self-motivated administrator with excellent communication skills. Someone that can take care of day-to-day operations and undertake administrative tasks, ensuring that the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.


An important part of the work in the first half of 2022 will be, together with our other Office Manager, to participate in the detailed planning of our new office and the completion of the office. It will require a great personal responsibility and a flexible way of working.


Further ahead in this role, you will be responsible for making sure our beautiful office looks presentable and ensuring we have all the necessary office equipment & supplies, both for client meetings and social activities. You will be preparing and organising large and smaller events, including; lunches, Competence days, internal parties, breakfasts and external seminars.


We believe you are service-minded at heart and have a positive can-do mentality and a proactive approach to your work. You are structured and can prioritise effectively between tasks. In addition, you have excellent cooperation skills and a considerate and caring approach towards co-workers.


Tasks:
Day-to-day operations
Planning of our new office
Participation in setting new routines at our new office
Organising events
Provide venue and food for events
Purchases for studio members and office supplies
Ordering and serving breakfast every Friday
Contact person with cleaning company, property management and safety representative
Participate in meetings and competence days with HR/Office Managers from other studios
Participate in meetings and competence days with Halmstad studio and Devoteam


Requirements.
Valid Swedish work permit or can obtain one with the offered terms of employment
Ability to be physically present in the Halmstad office during our office hours
Full Professional Proficiency in English or Swedish

As a full-stack developer at Jayway, you have experience and knowledge that stretches from implementing visual designs with web technologies to designing API:s and technical architecture. Qualifications
The following are a guide and we’d still love to hear from candidates with more, less, or different experience, provided the requisite skills can be demonstrated. Extensive knowledge and professional experience in software development.
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Proven working experience in modern front-end frameworks.
Proven working experience in backend languages.
Good understanding and experience in designing and developing API:s.
Good understanding of microservice architecture principles and use cases.
Professional experience with working in agile teams.

We would love if you also have:
Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies.
Good understanding of different kinds of databases.
Understanding about CI/CD setups.
Knowledge about containerisation and container management.
Understanding of Infrastructure as code practices and / or experience with managing IaC setup.

Requirements.
Valid Swedish work permit.
Or able to obtain one with the offered terms of employment.
Ability to be physically present in Halmstad as needed. Flexible work-life balance but ability to work from the office when needed.
Full Professional Proficiency in English.
