About the job
As a Product Owner, you help develop a competitive offering and an efficient portfolio of products for our distribution partners and end users. You work closely with our sales organization to identify business development activities, such as evaluating new product ideas, looking at enhancements to existing products and managing our product portfolio to ensure it aligns with the company’s strategic direction.
Included in your mission is to work with portfolio optimization as part of our product management, tracking all phases of the product life cycle – from concept through to market integration, and all the way to the end. Collaboration is key for us, incorporating a successful team spirit in everything we do – this involves working in close partnership with colleagues around the world, including sales, R&D, marketing, training, logistics, pricing and production teams.

About you
We’re looking for a business-driven professional who can combine a strong commercial outlook with sound technical knowledge. Preferably, you have previous experience of the metal cutting industry and skills in converting customer needs into product strategies. Knowledge of solid round tools applications or development and a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field is desired. About the job
As Project Leader for HSS Round Tools, you lead product projects in a timely manner in accordance with our new product development process. Your responsibilities include planning, executing and controlling of the projects within the specified scope, quality, budget and schedule. You lead the project teams and work in close co-operation with the project stakeholders from various functions and divisions. You also have the opportunity to develop the project management, control processes, and ways of working further within the organization.
Furthermore, you ensure that the project meets all relevant criteria of our go-to-market process – including budgeting and risk management – from idea study through to launch and closure of the project. You’re also contributing and identifying new process improvement opportunities.
The location for this position is flexible in Europe and Asia, and as we’re a global organization, you may be required to undertake business travel or attend virtual meetings out of core hours.
About you
We’re looking for someone with several years of experience in project execution and an understanding of what delivering a successful project requires. You have some previous experience and knowledge of the metal cutting industry and desirably also of solid round tools applications or development. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field is preferred. In addition to mastering MS Office tools, knowledge of MS Project or any other PM software is highly appreciated. Med ett övergripande ansvar i eget distrikt arbetar du proaktivt mot kund i syfte att bibehålla och utveckla framgångsrika relationer. Du skapar fler affärsmöjligheter genom att själv ta kontakt med nya kunder. Du hjälper och ger support till främst återförsäljare, men också direktkunder, och ansvarar för att öka försäljningen av våra produkter och tjänster med att erbjuda optimala lösningar med en komplett varukorg. Med eget budgetansvar hanterar du nya och gamla kunder och planerar försäljningsaktiviteter genom marknads- och kundanalys. Du förbereder och driver en effektiv och aktiv försäljning av produkter och tjänster genom att tillhandahålla mervärdeslösningar. Vidare håller du i utbildning och teknisk support ute hos kund, stöttar befintliga kunder, förhandlar om avtal och ser till att våra försäljningsaktiviteter dokumenteras och rapporteras.
Distriktet omfattar Småland och delar av Västra Götaland och du behöver bo i distriktet för att kunna resa och träffa dina kunder – möjlig bostadsort kan vara t ex Växjö, Värnamo, Jönköping, Gislaved eller Borås. You’re heading our IT & Digital Transformation function, consisting of around 30 professionals and experts, and you have a key role in supporting our global program of modernizing and globalizing of our business’ backend processes and applications. Profile

Your mission
In this role, you are part of the global finance team, working remotely and cross-functionally across the company together with the CFO and central Finance Team and you report directly to the CFO.
As a Global Business Controller, you are responsible for ensuring that the financial performance of Dormer Pramet is presented in a clear and understandable way, allowing senior management to take the right decisions to achieve the financial and operational targets of the division.
To achieve this, important key responsibilities are to:
Consolidate our monthly and quarterly financial reporting as well as our quarterly forecasts
Ensure quality in the reporting and forecasting of our units
Work and lead our Business Control network in Sales, Supply and other functions to communicate and develop our reporting and business performance processes as well as upcoming needs
Guarantee quality and consolidation of the GBR reporting and analysis of our profitability development together with key stakeholders
Develop Finance Reports in PowerBI or other interfaces for the division together with our Data Office & Analytics function
Coordinate and when needed lead major investments and business cases in close cooperation with the relevant functional business controllers

As we navigate in a global setting, moderate travel is expected for this role.


Profile
To be successful in this role, you have a degree in Finance or Business Administration, and a comprehensive experience from senior financial positions. It is an advantage if you have worked with finance management in a sales, production or similar environment, and gained hands-on experience. You have a curiosity for business, understanding what is behind the numbers. When it comes to tools and systems, you are skilled in Excel, PowerPoint and know ERP systems, consolidation systems and interfaces well. An advantage but no requirement is knowledge of SAP, BPC and PowerBI.
To have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines especially during financial closings is of the utmost importance. You are skilled in prioritizing and judging when to apply your sense of quality and details and when to deliver “good enough”, and when encountering topics to solve, you have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. We believe you are at ease working in a global organization, with stakeholders from diverse functional as well as geographical and cultural areas. You are comfortable in a matrix setup, where finance colleagues often have dotted lines, but work well together and pull in the same direction. Being a team player is also an important skill in succeeding in this role.

Job summary
As Product Manager, you help develop a competitive offering and an efficient portfolio of HSS Holemaking products for our distribution partners and end users. You work closely with our sales organization to identify business development activities, such as evaluating new product ideas, looking at enhancements to existing products and managing our product portfolio to ensure it aligns with our strategic direction. Your part of our product portfolio includes high-performance HSS drills and reamers.
An important item on your agenda, is working with the rationalization process as part of our product management – tracking all phases of the product life cycle, from concept through to market integration. Collaboration is key for us, incorporating a successful team spirit in everything we do. This involves working in close partnership with colleagues around the world – Brazil, United States and India to name some sites – including sales, R&D, marketing, training, logistics, pricing and production teams.
Although the location for this position is flexible, we prefer you to be based at one of our European or American sites. As we’re a global organization, you may be required to undertake business travel or attend virtual meetings out of core hours.
Profile
We’re looking for a business-driven professional who can combine a strong commercial outlook with sound technical knowledge. Preferably, you have some previous experience of the metal cutting industry and skills in converting customer needs into product strategies. Knowledge of solid round tools applications or development is desired, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field is preferable. Doing business in all corners of the world also requires excellent written and spoken skills in English.
A strategic mind, strong communication skills and the ability to make things happen are much needed for this job. We also value strong team-player spirit, confidence in taking the initiative and take discussions at any level within an organisation. Dina arbetsuppgifter
I den här rollen är du ansvarig för affärsutvecklingen och utför projekt av utmanande och ibland komplex karaktär. Du är involverad i att utveckla nya processer för att möta projektbehov och för att utforma projekt som passar de finansiella, operativa, juridiska, regelmässiga och operativa kriterierna i de olika projekten. Din bakgrund och profil.
Vi söker dig som har en universitetsutbildning inom ekonomi eller affärsutveckling, alternativt har du förvärvat liknande erfarenhet genom arbete. Du har en gedigen bakgrund inom affärs- och processutveckling eller projektledning och vi tror att du har ungefär fem års erfarenhet från en likande bransch. Då vi är ett internationellt företag med lokala kunder är det viktigt att du kan kommunicera väl på både engelska och svenska.
