WHAT YOU’LL DO?
As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. You’ll welcome customers, guide them through your store, and support them in finding what they need while showcasing our products. Acting in line with our values, you’ll contribute to both your own success and the success of the company.
You will:
Share your fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey.
Ensure the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
Support with opening and closing of the store.
Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.

You’ll also connect with the wider Area Team, collaborating across stores to share insights and drive success together. Alongside your team, you'll play a vital role in helping customers feel confident and express their individuality with the latest trends and timeless styles. This is a temporary position for 3 months during summer, offering 25 hours per week, with start in May or by agreement. This position is based in Halmstad, Hallarna and you should be able to work during store opening hours. Basic language skills in Swedish or English is needed.

DIN ROLL


I rollen som sommarextra söker vi dig som älskar försäljning och service. Vi på Rituals vill ge alla våra kunder en fantastisk upplevelse ute i butik och nu söker vi dig som vill vara med i vårt team.


Du spelar en viktig roll för att säkerställa att våra kunder får en trevlig och härlig stund hos oss. Genom att erbjuda te, introducera Rituals filosofi och svara på frågor om våra produkter ger du kunderna en betydelsefull upplevelse med en personlig touch.


ARBETSUPPGIFTER


Som säljare hos oss under sommaren informerar du våra kunder om produkterna och Rituals filosofi. I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår det att, tillsammans med ditt team, ständigt driva försäljningen och att se till att butiken är ren, städad och ordentligt påfylld hela tiden. Du rapporterar till Butikschefen, som är din mentor och som hjälper dig med din utveckling.


KVALIFIKATIONER


Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet av butiksarbete och är genuint intresserad av skönhet och kosmetik.
Du har erfarenhet av att ge god service och utmanas av att jobba med höga försäljningssiffror.
Har du försäljningserfarenhet inom hudvård och/eller make-up är det ett stort plus.
Flexibel gällande arbetstider (både vardagar, kvällar, helger).
Du är en ärlig person med integritet.
Du är 18 år.

Du strävar efter att bli ”best in class” inom din position. Du är flexibel, engagerad och drivs av att skapa meningsfulla stunder för våra kunder. Förutom det så är du en teamplayer som finns tillgänglig för din butik, du kan arbeta kvällar & helger och under perioden maj till augusti.
