Om rollen

Som Projektingenjör på Ruukki arbetar du med konstruktion, utformning och teknisk support för våra tak- och fasadprodukter. Våra kunder är etablerade företag inom bygg- och plåtbranschen, och din huvuduppgift är att göra tekniska beräkningar och utforma helhetslösningar. Detta sker både i samband med offertläggning och specifikation för produktion.

I nära samarbete med Ruukkis säljare erbjuder du teknisk support och skapar lösningar som möter kundernas behov. Du är en del av ett team av Projektingenjörer och arbetar tillsammans med säljare och kundservice, men har även löpande direktkontakt med våra kunder. Att erbjuda marknadsledande expertis inom konstruktion och utformning är en av Ruukkis grundstenar, och våra Projektingenjörer spelar en central roll i detta arbete.

Din profil

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du har:

En byggnadsteknisk utbildning eller motsvarande.
Erfarenhet av att arbeta med 2D/3D-ritningar i CAD-miljö med goda kunskaper i Revit.
Några års praktisk erfarenhet från byggbranschen eller närliggande bransch, gärna i en liknande roll som Projektingenjör inom byggteknik.
Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Tjänsten kan vara baserad på våra kontor i Halmstad, Anderslöv, Göteborg (Västra Frölunda) eller Stockholm, och det finns möjlighet till hybridarbete.

Rollen

Som butikschef på Färgab, snart Colorama, är du en nyckelperson med övergripande ansvar för hela butiken och dess dagliga verksamhet. Du leder och planerar det löpande arbetet kring personal, konceptstyrning, försäljning, kostnadsuppföljning och arbetsmiljö. Att vara butikschef innebär att du driver och utvecklar butiken för att säkerställa lönsamhet.

Det är viktigt att du kan identifiera dig med oss och att du brinner för service och försäljning. En stor del av ditt arbete tillbringar du i butiken, där du själv spelar en viktig roll i säljprocessen, coachar, följer upp och fungerar som förebild för säljarna.



I ditt arbete ingår att:

Leda och utveckla försäljningsarbetet, coacha dina medarbetare för att uppnå ökad försäljning, resultat och kundnöjdhet
Ansvara för löpande personalarbete såsom schema, arbetsfördelning, kompetensutveckling, introduktion av nya medarbetare, medarbetarsamtal
Ansvara för löpande administration, såsom inköp och fakturering
Lyssna på kundens behov, ta fram rätt produkter samt arbeta med merförsäljning
Löpande kassaarbete, upplockning och påfyllning av varor
Tillsammans med dina kollegor i teamet skapa en säljande och inspirerande miljö i butiken för både konsument- och proffsmarknaden
Arbeta med olika kundaktiviteter samt representera företaget på den lokala marknaden


Vem är du?

Vi söker en positiv, självständig och trygg butikschef som brinner för försäljning och ledarskap. Vi ser gärna att du har ett par års erfarenhet av en liknande roll. Meriterande är om du har erfarenhet av att driva en butik mot både konsument- och proffsmarknaden (B2C, B2B).

Lokalkännedom i Halmstad är en viktig faktor för att lyckas i denna roll. Att förstå den lokala marknaden, dess kunder och behov, kommer att vara en stor tillgång för dig som butikschef.

Vi lägger stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper. För att lyckas i denna roll krävs att du är en framåt person som ser möjligheter istället för problem. About the role

A central part of the role is that you are responsible for developing a sourcing strategy for a portfolio of global suppliers. You will also initiate or participate in cross functional projects across the product management.

You will develop a solid working knowledge of certain commodity trends, that includes investigating industry trends, cost drivers, global pricing, material lead times, and technical/manufacturing processes. Also, explore where our components are in their lifecycle, when should we consider re-design and migrate proactively, how can we design for duality or parallel source? Internal and external communication is vital to succeed with these topics.

You have a strong focus to create a commodity strategy, select and contract suppliers in the field of electronic component manufacturer and other mechanic areas. Investigate and recommend new and or alternative sources of supply as necessary to support new product development, cost reduction requirements.

You will also work with:

Manage sustainability supplier targets and implement HMS supplier code of conduct, work with supplier evaluation and act on supplier performance, supplier risk management
Negotiate conditions and establish long term supplier partnerships


About you

To be successful in this position we see that you have a high level in commercial understanding, great negotiating skills and a drive to succeed. You have a positive and proactive mindset to enable and foster a collaborative dialogue with our suppliers, colleagues within our business units and tech strategy. We want you to have a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of five years working experience within strategic sourcing is required. You must be truly fluent in English. For this position, you need to be able to travel on occasions.

About the position

As Product Manager for Gateways you will lead product vision and roadmap for products within your area of responsibility. You are ultimately responsible for the product life cycle analysis. You will identify target customers and users, build deep knowledge about them, and collect insights of how they interact with our products. You keep the product team focused on why we are building the product and what we want to achieve.

You will track industry trends and the competitive landscape, you will be the voice of the market and will be working closely with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to deliver product strategies and identify potential new growing customer segments.

Through close collaboration with the product development team, you will be responsible for discovering effective solutions and then deliver these solutions to support growth of Gateways. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to develop winning go-to-market strategies.

About you

You are a strong communicator who establishes close relationships with key stakeholders and business partners. You have ability to engage with users, customers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders. You have experience from either working as a product manager, preferably within industrial automation, or from IT and software engineering. Furthermore, you are customer focused and have a data-driven mindset. But most importantly, you are a team player who understands that innovation is the result of team members contributing with their passion and ideas.

This is a global role with customers around the world. To get customer and end-users insights you will need to travel to some extent. The Anybus Gateways Team is stationed in Halmstad, but we offer the possibility to work partly remote.
