Administrative and Executive Support. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Roles and Responsibilities
Essential responsibilities for this role will be to control, analyze and support the GE Renewables assigned Services business related to warehouse, physical inventory, customer and supplier performance.
Office and administrative assistance to teams or individuals. Should not include calendar management and other "personal support" agenda.
Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.



Required Qualifications
This role requires basic experience in the Logistics & Administrative Support. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics · Interface with the customer service managers on issues escalation · Develop long range forecast for region resource needs · Develop and execute short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training
Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead a junior team. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.



Required Qualifications
This role requires basic experience in the Services & Resource Management.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited university or college (preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with relevant experience).
Experience with end to end project lifecycle management of electrical components

Experience with project management in Wind business

Essential Responsibilities :
Ability to work independently on the implementation of fault analyses and repair of wind turbine generator systems, including clarification of any client queries.
Planned and preventive maintenance of wind turbine generator systems.
Documenting of call-out responses, fault finding and repair work in service reports, logbooks and checklists.
Coordination of external and internal service providers and contractors on site.

High degree of quality awareness; excellent fault finding and diagnostice skills combined with the ability to detect and remedy faults, defects, problems.
Able to work at heights and high level of physical fitness.
Structured worker with technical analytical abilities.
Fluency in English language, Swedish a plus.
Prepared to travel
Willing to work sometimes also at the weekends.
Class B driving license (license for driving trucks up to 3,5 t with trailer).
